Charul has advised executive teams, private equity sponsors, and operators on more than $2 billion in transactions and has built enterprise strategy and market insight functions for industry leaders such as ResMed (S&P 500 med device and healthcare software leader) and Forefront Dermatology (one of the largest multi-site specialty provider networks in the United States).

Her expertise spans post-acute care, healthcare SaaS, and medtech, where she has led over 50 market landscape assessments and 100+ acquisition evaluations.
